Why I started RJ’s

I believe every couple deserves to feel supported, respected, and comfortable asking for what they want from their wedding. No matter your budget, family situation, planning experience, or the barriers you’re navigating, you deserve thoughtful guidance without judgment and a wedding day they can fully be part of.

On your wedding day, you wont be answering vendor questions, checking timelines, or getting pulled into problems that don’t need your attention. You are getting ready, spending time with the people you love, feeling all the feelings, and being fully present for the day you have planned. You will know the details are handled, the right people are informed, and you have someone in their corner if anything comes up.

Meet your Planner

Hi, I’m Rachael, Owner and Lead Wedding Planner.

I combine creativity, practical organization, and calm problem-solving to help couples plan weddings that feel personal, thoughtful, and entirely their own. Through clear communication, hands-on guidance, and genuine care, I make sure you feel heard, supported, and informed throughout the process, while I handle the details so you can be fully present for your day.

Based in Conception Bay South, I support couples throughout St. John’s, the Avalon Peninsula, and surrounding areas. When I’m not planning weddings, you’ll find me practising yoga, dreaming up creative ideas, or reading—I practically own a cottage in Velaris, Terrasen, and Lunathion.
